Bangladesh's record 206 sixes in a year, who hit how many?

This year, 18 batsmen have hit sixes for Bangladesh in T20Is. Out of these, 127 sixes came from the bats of the four batsmen playing in the top order, Tanjid, Liton, Parvez and Saif.

The biggest contribution to this list is from opener Tanjid Hasan. This opener hit 41 sixes, which is the record for the most sixes for Bangladesh in a year. The second highest sixes came from the bats of another opener, Parvez Hossain, with 34.

Saif has hit 29 sixes in 15 matches, while Liton has hit 23. Middle-order batsman Zaker Ali has hit 19 sixes in 23 innings. Apart from them, only Towhid Hridoy has hit more than 10 sixes. This middle-order batsman has hit 14 sixes.

Shamim Hossain 9. Although Tanjid, Liton and Parvez have improved in the number of sixes they hit compared to last year, Hridoy and Zaker have done worse this time. Last year, both Hridoy and Zaker hit 21 sixes each.

Austria has hit the most sixes this year. The team has hit 326 sixes in 28 matches. Pakistan is at number 2 on the list, with 235 sixes in 34 matches. Among Test-playing nations, Bangladesh has hit the third-highest number of sixes after Pakistan and the West Indies.
